一体いつキャンペーンをやるのか？と。
実はこの件で結構考えました。
というのは室内型のレンタル収納で１階にあるレンタル収納スペースとしては、結構安い料金設定をしているからです。
ただ、色々な方に聞いてみたところ、それ以前のことに気が付きました。
そもそも貸しコンテナ、貸しトランクルーム、レンタル収納スペースにものを預けることができるということ自体を知らない方が多いのだということを知りました。
近いかどうかや値段だけで決めてませんか？
これは運営する側の発想でした。

お家がスッキリし、広々と使えます。
しかし、長く使うものなので値段は大事です。
なので、近々キャンペーンをやります。

消防署員はねじれタイヘキだらけなのか？

すっかり暖かくなりましたね。
プロ野球も始まりました。
スタジアムに観戦に行くのが楽しみです。
先日 防火管理講習を受けてきました。
レンタル収納スペースを経営する立場ですと
お客様が快適に設備を使うことができるように、やるべきことがたくさんあります。
定期的な清掃も もちろん行っています。
それ以外にも法律で定められた義務的なものがいくつかあります。
そのひとつが、今回受講した防火管理講習です。
今回は 2名の講師が登壇しました。
ふたりとも 元消防士です。
実は消防士さんには共通した行動パターンがあるそうです。
説明をわかりやすくするために タイヘキについて説明します。
これは、1万人以上の体を施術してきたという野口整体の野口氏が経験上 見つけたもので、腰椎と その人の行動パターンに大きな関連があるとする説です。
それによると 人間は10種類のタイプに分かれます。
そのひとつが第5種で とても行動力があり 同時に色々なことをすることができるタイプです。
また 第7種は、ねじれタイヘキとも呼ばれ やんちゃなタイプ、ヤンキーな方は ほぼこの第7種です。
消防士さんのほぼ9割は この第5種か 第7種と言われています。
確かに消防士さんは行動力がないと務まらない仕事ですね。
また 火が燃え盛る中に飛び込んで行くというのは、なかなか普通の人には出来ない事で良い意味で性格がねじれているというのは 面白い説ですね。
それで 今回の防火管理講習の講師を見て なるほどな と思いました。
最初に消防署の入り口で参加者を案内する時から 明確な指示を出してくれます。
思った事はすぐに口に出す感じですね。
参加者が受講票を出さずに もたもたしていると 「前もって受講票と写真付きの身分証明書を準備して下さいね！」と大きな声で言う。
ちなみに 第1種から第10種までの10タイプのうち 第5種と第7種が成果を出しやすいのが現代社会であると言われています。
さて 今回の防火管理講習を受講してから 建物に入ると 必ず非常口はどこ？ 防火扉はどこ？とチェックするようになりました。
